Qualifications: •Build hardware. PCB design, sensor integration, microcontroller programming, the works. •CAD fluency — Sharp3D, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Onshape. •Hands-on with 3D printers, CNC, laser cutters, and other rapid prototyping equipment. •Comfortable with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Jetson, ESP32, Android, and similar platforms. •Solid functional working knowledge of modern AI tooling — LLMs, computer vision, agents, automation. •Integration experience with APIs, RFID, cameras, sensors, and displays. •A portfolio of things you built — GitHub, YouTube, side projects, competitive robotics, hackathons, maker projects. We care more about what you have shipped than where you went to school. •Independence. You do not need a PM, a Jira board, or a standing meeting to make progress. •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills •Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
