You will engage directly with organizations such as the NBA, NFL, MLS, NHL, and sports gaming operators to design and deliver cloud solutions tailored to this industry. •As a PCA you operate as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams (SDT), ensuring solutions are realistic, achievable, and maximize customer business outcomes (CBOs). You serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the regulatory landscape. •Your success will be measured by SOW signings, successful solution delivery, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). •Designing scalable, secure AWS solutions for sports and gaming customers, accounting for real time processing, regulatory compliance, and peak event traffic patterns •Providing technical guidance during pre-sales and implementation, translating sports business structures (media rights, revenue sharing, franchise economics) into solution architectures •Collaborating with Account Managers and SDTs to ensure proposals address sports betting compliance (AML, KYC), responsible gaming requirements, and data privacy obligations •Advising customers on emerging technologies: sports AI/ML, DTC streaming, connected stadium infrastructure, integrity monitoring, and esports platforms •Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts that capture the regulatory and business patterns unique to this vertical Qualifications: •7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or degree in advanced technology •"Demonstrated expertise" in business structures and regulatory frameworks •Degree in advanced technology, or AWS Professional level certification •Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape •Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies •Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
