Expand the invited retailer cohort, improve activation and retention across the funnel, and demonstrate that financial products are a meaningful growth lever for the core marketplace, not just a standalone offering. •Own the unit economics. Think in contribution margin, cost of capital, and payback periods. Optimize interchange, manage loss rates, and identify where structural advantages exist versus where we need to earn our way in. •Partner deeply across Finance, Risk, Legal, Data Science, and Engineering. Earn trust across functions, lead without authority, and keep complex, multi-stakeholder work moving without losing momentum. •Build the infrastructure for scale. Partner to develop the data infrastructure, risk frameworks, and operational foundations needed to grow financial products responsibly, from underwriting logic to regulatory compliance. •Communicate clearly at every altitude. Translate complex, technical topics (cost of capital, credit risk, underwriting tradeoffs) for a wide range of audiences, from engineering partners to senior leadership.
