Qualifications: •Direct, practitioner-level understanding of accounting workflows: close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries, client advisory, and the controls and review steps accountants rely on for accuracy and compliance. •Track record of taking AI-native or workflow-automation products from concept to production with strong adoption, ideally involving agents, RPA, or intelligent automation in a regulated or high-trust domain. •Excel in an extremely fast pace environment with blended responsibilities across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and broader cross-functional teams. •High degree of technical fluency on agentic architecture, orchestration, and guardrails, even without a formal engineering background. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between accounting practitioners, engineers, and executive stakeholders. •Operational familiarity with the current state of AI/agentic technology and industry trends; familiarity with Intuit’s Enterprise Suite and Intuit Accountant Suite products is a plus.
