Required Skills: •Define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intuit's internal Agent SDLC—including the Agent Starter Kit (ASK), Agent Sandbox, and developer productivity tooling—scaling active developer adoption and cutting agent development and deployment time in half. •Operate in high-ambiguity environments by diagnosing pain points across independently built business unit agent stacks, crafting compelling platform value propositions, and pitching next-generation architectures to drive platform convergence. •Stitch together the macro ecosystem of Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) capabilities, context/memory architectures, and agent harness systems within the AI Platform team, seamlessly integrating them into cohesive developer products. •Monitor and evaluate frontier industry trends across proprietary technology stacks (e.g., Claude/Anthropic SDKs, OpenAI ecosystems) and open-source agent frameworks, establishing safe, pluggable, and config-driven enterprise standards. •Partner closely with engineering, architecture, security and business unit leaders to navigate technical trade-offs with an AI-first mindset, accelerating data-driven decisions and inspiring cross-functional teams toward managed agent development. Qualifications: •Deep technical fluency in state-of-the-art agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Claude SDK, OpenAI SDK, open-source agent tooling), model context/memory architectures, and AI-native harness capabilities and using them at scale. •Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity, diagnosing friction in disparate systems, pitching platform products to internal stakeholders, and successfully driving multi-team platform convergence. •Exceptional strategic storytelling, boundaryless influence, and leadership capability with the ability to fly at multiple altitudes—from granular technical requirements to high-level platform architecture.
