Required Skills: •Lead the new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment. •Lead the DfX / DfM and Product integration functions for the AME team in DE. •Partner cross-functionally with process and design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications. •Oversee equipment build and test processes, including POC's and other experiments to ensure new equipment meets all targeted specifications. •Ensure process capability throughout development and implementation. •Partner cross-functionally with remote engineering teams and suppliers. •Interface directly with global teams and various time zones. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. •MS or PhD in engineering field or applied science preferred.
