Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related degree with applicable experience or extensive relevant work experience. •Significant experience in electrical systems, power distribution, electrical safety, electrical equipment maintenance, and power studies within manufacturing, industrial, or capital project environments. •Demonstrated experience leading technical execution for complex capital projects from concept through startup and closeout. •Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced execution environment. •Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across technical, operational, and project-management teams. •Demonstrated technical leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. •Solid functional working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards applicable to electrical power systems and equipment, such as ANSI, IEEE, NFPA, and related standards. •Demonstrated capacity to travel 50% to 75% based on project phase, site support, and startup activity.
