Required Skills: •Field all sustaining engineering requests for Industrial PPE Products. •Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to understand and clarify the request’s business case; providing timely feedback on disposition them. •For high priority issues, establish due dates with stakeholders and product leadership. •Conduct regular meetings with Global Engineering Managers and their team to discuss Sustaining Engineering activities. •For active requests, monitor progress, supporting individual contributors to ensure completion of requests, meeting critical expectations of stakeholders while balancing team workload. •Participate in regular meetings with business leaders from marketing, sales, production and quality. •Report out top priority sustaining engineering projects during cross functional reviews. •Track anticipated launch dates for high priority tickets. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related appropriate discipline required, preferably from an ABET accredited program. •Advanced technical degree or coursework expected. •MS degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of relevant experience. •PhD may be substituted for up to 4 years of equivalent experience. •Advanced technical degree from an accredited college or university.
