This role is deeply collaborative, partnering with HRBPs and HR leaders to address complex talent, workforce, and business questions through data. •Success in this role requires strong technical, analytical, and consultative skills; curiosity about the business; and the ability to independently translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous, scalable analytical solutions. •Partner with HR and business leadership to frame and solve complex workforce questions, designing and interpreting analyses across areas including compensation, hiring, offers, terminations, attrition, internal movement, talent, and workforce cost to support strategic business decisions. •Develop scenario models, forecasts, and advanced analyses that quantify the workforce and financial implications of talent decisions, including the impact of hiring and employee movement on salary, equity, and other workforce costs. •Gather, integrate, and synthesize HR data from multiple sources, transforming large and complex datasets into scalable analytical models, actionable business insights, and impactful data visualizations. •Serve as a subject matter expert on people data, analytical methodologies, tools, and resources; consult with stakeholders to determine the appropriate metrics, methods, and analytical approaches for answering complex workforce questions. •Explore and apply AI, machine learning, and emerging analytical techniques to improve the speed, scalability, and sophistication of HR analytics, while ensuring appropriate validation, governance, and responsible use of employee data. •Exercise sound judgment and ensure responsible handling, analysis, and release of sensitive employee data, adhering to applicable data governance, privacy, and security standards. Qualifications: •Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements. •Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only •US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 - $187,000 per year.
