Required Skills: •Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Engineer, Platform, Cloud Engineering and DevOps to serve as the senior technical leader responsible for the strategy, architecture, and evolution of enterprise cloud platforms, infrastructure SRE, Kubernetes/OpenShift, observability, and platform reliability. •In This Role, You Will Qualifications: •Progressive experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technology disciplines within large-scale enterprise environments. •Comprehensive expertise in SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, observability, resiliency engineering, disaster recovery, and operational excellence. •Expertise in observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar enterprise solutions. •Proven ability to influence senior leaders, architects, and engineering organizations through technical leadership, strategic vision, and execution excellence. •Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. •Industry certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Red Hat OpenShift, Cloud Platform Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP), SRE, or equivalent experience preferred.
