This includes both technical descriptions and budget/schedule estimates •Provide schedule, and technical compliance updates to management to effectively manage the execution of complex design programs. •Validate system performance using analysis, simulation, and laboratory testing. •Generate complete system documentation and provide input to technical proposals to effectively communicate the design and/or approach to our internal and external customers. •Independently develop and implement corrective action to product and procedural problems identified. •Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering •Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronic system design and development •Proficiency with design tools such as Cadence Or CAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) •Strong product development experience with demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities •Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams •Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects •Operational familiarity with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, policies, and procedures •Knowledge of commercial nuclear and/or military specifications and design practices •U.S. Citizenship required.
