Required Skills: •This role combines strategic consulting, executive engagement, and commercial leadership to identify high-value transformation opportunities, shape AI-enabled business solutions, and grow consulting engagements across enterprise clients. •The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across multiple supply chain domains, a strong executive presence, and a proven ability to advise C-suite leaders, lead transformation programs, and build long-term consulting relationships. •Beyond successful client engagements, this role is expected to identify repeatable industry solutions, develop consulting frameworks and AI accelerators, and strengthen Fractal's Supply Chain Consulting practice. •Advise senior client executives on transforming end-to-end supply chain capabilities using AI, advanced analytics, and digital technologies. •Lead strategic transformation initiatives spanning Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Control Towers. •Assess current operating models, planning processes, organizational capabilities, and technology landscapes to identify transformation opportunities. •Develop future-state operating models, business capabilities, AI roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives. •Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Digital Transformation leadership teams. Qualifications: •Of relevant experience with a bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
