As a Principal, you will lead teams and take responsibility for all phases of an engagement. You will also work closely with Partners in the Firm to manage and extend client relationships. •In addition to client work, Principals are responsible for developing, managing, and mentoring junior team members and must be committed to cultivating organizational talent.
