You should be comfortable working with the data and workflows behind portfolio performance—from securities, transactions, positions, pricing, and benchmarks through performance calculation, attribution, and downstream reporting. •Success in this role comes from curiosity, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to understand how the business works before designing practical technology solutions. •This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boston, Massachusetts. Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week. •Build trusted relationships across the Performance Attribution Group (PAG), Investment Operations, Client Reporting, Enterprise Technology, and strategic technology vendors to drive successful business outcomes. •Lead analysis from concept through implementation, translating business needs into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable value. •Analyze complex investment workflows, data, and business processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and operational resiliency. •Investigate business and data issues across systems, identify root causes, and partner with business and technology teams to implement sustainable solutions.
