Required Skills: •Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on Generative AI and Data Analytics, with a focus on Large Language Models (architecture, models, representation, evaluation, optimizations, planning, among others), and other emerging approaches. •AI Data and Agent Development: Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art LLM models and Agents that meet the highest quality standards. •Team Leadership: technical leadership and mentor junior scientists. •Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into various applications and products. •Innovation: Identify new opportunities for Generative AI and Data Analytics and explore emerging technologies for Unstructured and Structured Data. •Stay Updated: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in this space.
