Qualifications: •Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from a U.S. accredited institution or equivalent licensing required to comply to practice medicine in the U.S. in the instance of foreign graduate training. •Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine •Valid, unrestricted license in the state which employment is located (or able to obtain) •Two years' experience in out-patient setting •Active/Unrestricted Medicare and Medicaid numbers •Commercial and Medicare Advantage patient management (Value-Based Care) •Knowledge of Medicare coverage and guidelines •Strong verbal and written communication •Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures •Knowledge of professional medical practices related to treatment.
