Location: Irvine, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:26:01 Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management, Stakeholder Management About the job Experience: •7-10 years of International freight forwarding and logistics services, including Ocean (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, and related transportation solutions experience Required Skills: •Lead and manage the Pricing Team, providing direction, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure effective support of commercial objectives and customer requirements. •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with ocean carriers, airlines, NVOCCs, consolidators, trucking providers, and other logistics service providers to secure competitive pricing, capacity, and service solutions. •Lead pricing strategy development and commercial analysis for freight forwarding services, including Full Container Load (FCL), Less-than-Container Load (LCL), airfreight, and related logistics offerings. •Manage and coordinate customer RFQs, RFPs, and tender opportunities from initial review through final submission, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive proposals. •Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Procurement, and Operations to develop integrated logistics solutions that align customer requirements with operational capabilities and procurement strategies. •Evaluate market conditions, carrier pricing trends, capacity developments, and industry changes to provide pricing recommendations and commercial insights to management and sales teams. •Support business development initiatives by developing competitive pricing models, solution designs, and bid strategies for strategic and non-affiliate customers. •Establish, implement, and maintain pricing, tender management, and carrier engagement processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and responsiveness across the organization.
