Hiring: Pricing Manager Company: Leonardo DRS Location: Bridgeton, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:22:42 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area. •7+ years of DoD proposal pricing and estimating experience Required Skills: •Lead pricing team of six-FTE executing all cost and price proposals. •Manage day-to-day activities, including the development, evaluation, and implementation of pricing strategies, cost models, and estimating methodologies across the full proposal pipeline. •Ensure all pricing complies with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. •Provide analysis, recommendations, and strategies to cross-functional management to improve margin and support price-to win. •Direct fact-finding responses and updated pricing positions through negotiation to settlement. Support cost/price positions during negotiations •Oversee cost volume development and production of certified cost or pricing data packages in accordance with FAR Table 15-2 requirements. •Personally execute cost volume development on major pursuits directing analyst production work while owning proposal pricing, schedule, and quality. •Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
