Required Skills: •Please note that training for all four positions will take place during the first shift. Once the training period is complete, the employees hired for the second shift will transition to their regular second-shift schedule. •5-S as a PRIORITY - Keep station clean and orderly. •Pack stampings in designated containers, with the correct quantity, Assist in Changeover & Set-up of stamping dies and presses. •Visual audit inspection of parts for quality before packing. •Ensure the correct parts are being packed. •Follow Containment procedures in the event of contaminated product. •Production tagging/labeling to maintain inventory accuracies. •Escalate problems according to the escalation procedure. Qualifications: •Prefer 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment. •High school diploma or GED – Minimum. •Demonstrated ability to read and understand English. •Demonstrated capacity to read & interpret blueprints. •Assist in conducting basic maintenance or mechanical activities as required. •Demonstrated capacity to use measurement instruments: calipers, micrometers, gauging, etc. •Demonstrated capacity to learn, make decisions, and be creative & flexible. •Available for on & off-site Training as deemed appropriate.
