When problems are found, instruct the CSR to contact the client and inform them of the problem. •Check files for: Size, bleeds. Verify if the fonts are there and load into UTC, notify CSR of any low-resolution graphics furnished on photos. •Run all client documents to lasers. •Download files requested by clients from FTP/Web browsers/DVD’s. All electronic rerun files pulled from archives are completed by Preflight. •Respond to questions for EPP staff and clients. •Maintain the internal SharePoint site for Prepress. •Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements.
