Qualifications: •BS in Construction Management, Marketing and/or Communication or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Five years construction-related experience. •Demonstrated capacity to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations. •Demonstrated capacity to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and/or the general public. •Demonstrated capacity to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. •Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. •Prioritize, organize and delegate assignments. •Knowledge of estimating software preferred.
