If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you! •Monday-Friday Day shift- Start time is flexible 6am, 7am, 8am - 8 hour shift OT if required •Responds to basic inquiries – both internal and external – via phone and/or email, regarding simple technical questions or issues related to content submission and compliance. •Assists customers with basic file format set up and submission by providing step-by-step instructions to customers regarding file submissions via web or ftp site. •Provides basic file review, analysis and feedback to customers to ensure the successful submission of content, escalating more complex issues. •Uses Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Word as well as other software and hardware, to achieve desired results in a timely manner in accordance with publisher specifications and the Lightning Source operating manual.
