Required Skills: •As a dual Practice Manager at both our Sanford & Saco, Maine urgent care clinics, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinics while contributing to their long-term strategic goals. If you are skilled in relationship building, are a strong people-manager, and thrive in a fast-paced role where you’re balancing multiple responsibilities at one time, we encourage you to apply! •Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care. •Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs. •Partner cross-functionally with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service. •Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. •Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns. •Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
