Additionally, you will support expansion efforts across the Central Market by assisting with operational readiness for new clinics. •Oversee daily operations of the assigned clinic, ensuring smooth workflows, patient satisfaction, and compliance with clinical standards. •Coordinate with clinical teams (LVNs, Case Managers, and providers) to optimize patient care processes and ensure adherence to protocols. •Manage staffing schedules, onboarding, and training for clinical and administrative staff. •Monitor and improve operational performance metrics, including patient throughput, appointment scheduling, and resource utilization. Qualifications: •Clinical experience required (LVN or Case Manager background strongly preferred). •Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology, or related field (preferred). •In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and patient care processes. •Operational familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and scheduling systems. •Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools a plus. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Passion for mental health and commitment to patient-centered care. •Willingness to travel occasionally within the Central Market for training or operational support.
