Hiring: Practice Development Manager Company: Greenberg Traurig, LLP Location: Miami, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:27:45 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Phoenix About the job Experience: •Minimum 10-15 years marketing experience; legal or professional services marketing experience highly preferred •High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) •Models and promotes responsible AI use, including the adoption of emerging AI technologies, emphasizing privacy, confidentiality, and appropriate human oversight Required Skills: •Works with the global litigation practice/industry groups to support attorney requests •Assists in the deployment of programs and events hosted/sponsored by the firm, such as teleconferences, webinars, seminars and other events, including the development and production of marketing materials and on-site logistics •Works with creative services team to create ads and other collateral materials for charitable events and sponsorships; submits ads to organizations upon approval •Compiles information for directory and ranking authorities such as Chambers USA, Legal 500, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, etc. •Compiles information for proposals and requests for proposal (RFP), utilizing practice descriptions, experience databases, and client lists •Assists in distributing marketing materials, internal newsletters, press releases, seminar materials, client alerts and updates and other client communications, as needed •Ensures the flow of information from attorneys to marketing team, including as it relates to attorney biographies, practice area description updates, experience tracking news and activities data, press releases, etc. •Inputs data into relevant databases and makes sure information is stored/saved correctly Qualifications: •A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral •Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment •Demonstrated capacity to effectively interface with all levels of personnel within the organization and with external clients •Strong attention to detail, and possesses excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills •This position may also be sedentary and require the employee to sit for extended periods of time. •Requires manual dexterity to use a phone, enter data into a computer, handle objects, and use office equipment. •GT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis. •Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s or JD preferred Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
