Required Skills: •The Practice Consultant operates as a solution designer, collaborator, and contributor to practice-building, supporting program design across geographies while helping strengthen organizational capabilities, refine offerings, and drive growth. •Solution Design & Commercialization •Support solution design for pursuits, including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing. •Translate market, regulatory, and client needs into tailored program designs. •Develop solution specifications tailored to a specific client, geography, or location, in alignment with delivery capabilities and technical requirements. •Contribute to development of compelling, defensible proposals that support successful pursuit outcomes. •Solution Support & Handoff •Support continuity between proposal assumptions and program execution during handoff to the Program Delivery team. Qualifications: •Demonstrated success supporting the design and delivery of energy programs or solutions. •Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools). •Operational familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. •Demonstrated expertise in process design, workflow mapping, and operational optimization. •Background in engineering, economics, environmental science, DSM programming or related analytical or DSM-based disciplines. •If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
