This leader will take ownership of operational issues, employee relations, staffing needs, and day-to-day administrative decisions, allowing physicians to remain focused on patient care. •The Practice Administrator will play an important role in physician recruitment and workforce planning as the practice grows. This includes helping identify staffing needs, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of additional physicians and staff, and ensuring the organization has the appropriate resources in place to support expanding services. •Oversee OBL operations and serve as a key leader in maintaining efficient, compliant, and high-quality vascular and cardiovascular services. The Administrator will manage vendors, credentialing, regulatory requirements, policies, and operational processes while ensuring the practice remains prepared for evolving healthcare and procedural standards. •This leader will also oversee practice marketing and outreach initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with referring providers, increase awareness of services, and support continued growth. The Administrator will work closely with physicians to develop strategies that expand the practice’s presence and patient base. •This is an opportunity for an experienced practice leader to take a significant role in building the infrastructure for a growing cardiovascular organization, supporting new locations, strengthening operations, and helping position the practice for its next stage of growth. •Master’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred. •A minimum of five years of leadership experience in healthcare practice operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable outcomes is required.
