Required Skills: •Administer, configure, and maintain the SCCU’s PPM platform, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day system performance and data accuracy across all portfolios. •Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system and configuration issues; escalate complex problems when necessary to ensure timely resolution. •Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using the PPM platform and Power BI to support leadership decision‑ •Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical configurations, workflow automation, integrations, and process improvements within the PPM environment. •Design, build, and implement custom configurations within the PPM tool’s development environment, ensuring all enhancements are fully tested, validated, and prepared for deployment to production. •Provide user support, training, demonstrations, and clear process documentation to improve system adoption and enhance user proficiency. •Support strategic planning by managing the project intake process, tracking business cases, generating preliminary resource-loaded plans, and conducting what-if scenario planning. This results in recommendations regarding the mix and timing of projects to maximize resource utilization and support SCCU’s strategic objectives. •Oversee and manage the PMO's SharePoint document library, creating new project subsites, managing approval workflows, and performing quality assurance on documents to ensure project managers adhere to SCCU standards. Qualifications: •3–5 years of experience administering enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms—such as Planview (preferred), Clarity, Microsoft Project Server, ServiceNow PPM, Primavera, or similar tools—and working within a Project Management Office (PMO), IT governance, enterprise systems administration, or business process management environment. •Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar STEM concentration is required. Equivalent work experience. •PPM platform training or certification in Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project Server, or Primavera strongly preferred. •Power BI or data analytics training is highly beneficial, including experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
