At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do. •We are growing in Roseville! •Be among the founding engineers shaping Arista’s new Roseville R&D Lab where you’ll help design next-generation networking technology alongside some of the industry’s brightest engineers. •Who You’ll Work With As an Arista Power System Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best engineering and technical leaders in the industry, driving the design and implementation of multi-kW AC/DC and DC/DC chassis power systems. •Define, develop, source, and qualify OEM power supplies to meet product and market requirements as part of the project team. •Spend time hands-on in the lab characterizing new power supplies. •Design and support dual grid and redundant AC or DC power systems. Qualifications: •MS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. •Excellent knowledge of AC-DC & DC-DC design issues, system-level power distribution, and industry best practices. •Understanding of design challenges in large modular systems delivering total power up to ~30 kW. •Operational familiarity with 54V to 12V IBC 1–3 kW converter bricks and PCB power distribution layouts using such modules. •Excellent communication skills regarding requirements, critical path, and schedules. •The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $137,000 to $198,000. •Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and competitive pay appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location.
