Required Skills: •Flexjet is currently seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Architect who will be responsible for providing guidance and engineering solutions to fulfill business requirements using industry’s best practices and in accordance with architectural standards and engineering methodology. •Partner closely with the Team Lead, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to refine solution requirements, shape the product backlog, and align technical priorities with business strategy. •Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, ensuring clarity, governance, and knowledge sharing across the Power Platform team and the broader IT organization. •Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions—including applications, dashboards, automation, and integrations—leveraging the full Power Platform suite. •Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business users to translate functional needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs. •Design and implement data architectures using Dataverse and Power Platform connectors, ensuring optimal data integration, modeling, and governance. •Extend platform capabilities through Power Fx, JavaScript, and integrations with Azure services, ensuring adherence to best-practice architectural patterns. •Oversee solution testing, deployment pipelines, and lifecycle management within production environments, ensuring compliance with organizational governance frameworks.
