Required Skills: •Serve as the on-site compliance expert, advising management and employees on compliance policies and best practices. •Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific compliance programs, policies, and procedures (Site Compliance Risk Management, Annual Risk Assessment). •Prepare for leader site visits and round tables. •Maintain visual compliance across the site (e.g. posters, monthly compliance updates). •Monitor and deliver compliance-related training programs to all site personnel and new employees. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics on compliance-related activities. •Stay informed on GE Aerospace compliance policies and procedures; share and communicate to all site employees. •Partner cross-functionally with GE Aerospace risk owners (e.g. EHS, Security, Quality) Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or related discipline; or equivalent experience. •Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive issues and conflicts effectively and professionally. •Demonstrated Respect for People.
