Required Skills: •Design and develop advanced DC/DC power conversion products utilizing innovative power electronics technologies. •Lead all phases of product development from concept, design, prototyping, testing, qualification, and manufacturing release. •Power management and control circuits •Perform component selection, evaluation, simulation, testing, and validation. •Develop functional specifications and detailed engineering documentation. •Conduct PCB layout reviews to ensure optimal electrical, thermal, and manufacturability performance. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex design, performance, and reliability issues. •Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, test, and product engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred. •Strong knowledge of switching power supply topologies, power converter architectures, and control methodologies. •In-depth knowledge of PCB layout techniques for high-power and high-frequency applications. •Knowledge of EMC/EMI design principles and compliance requirements. •Operational familiarity with analog and digital interface circuitry. •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
