Provides functional leadership across cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders involved in portfolio governance, operations, workforce planning, risk management, and strategic initiatives. •Strategic Portfolio Governance & Executive Support (30%) •Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, capacity planning, and executive decision support. •Provide portfolio visibility, reporting, forecasting, and recommendations on priorities, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. •Partner with the PMO to align portfolio decisions with execution. •Department Operations, Finance, Procurement & Agreements (25%) Qualifications: •A bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, information systems, healthcare administration, public administration, organizational leadership, communications, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. •Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. •At least four (4) years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO/enterprise delivery, business operations, strategy and operations, technology operations, organizational transformation, or a closely related field. •Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. •Master’s degree in business administration, management, information systems, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field. •Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. We are unable to provide work visa sponsorship or employment authorization for this position now or in the future. •Knowledge of portfolio governance, workforce planning, financial management, operational planning, risk management, and organizational effectiveness. •Skill in analyzing complex information, developing recommendations, forecasting resource needs, and supporting executive decision-making. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear and actionable information. •Demonstrated capacity to build partnerships, influence outcomes, and foster accountability across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
