Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, or related field. •SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC 6.0) and Advanced SPC (ASPC), or obtained within six months of hire. •Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent advanced change leadership certification. •Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience. •Demonstrated leadership in enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiatives. •Proven experience serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and influencing enterprise decisions. Deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile-at-scale methodologies, and enterprise operating model design. •Demonstrated experience defining, implementing, and governing portfolio standards across multiple portfolios or enterprise domains. •Extensive experience leading large-scale portfolio transformation and organizational change initiatives. •Advanced facilitation experience leading executive workshops, value stream design sessions, and portfolio alignment forums. •Proven ability to develop leaders and transformation professionals while building organizational capability.
