They help facilitate communication, support program governance activities, and provide the information needed for effective decision-making. •Support project managers and program leadership in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects and program activities. •Maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision logs. •Support project managers in tracking delivery milestones across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operational transition activities. •Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, metrics, executive briefings, and governance materials. •Support project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, leadership reviews, decision tracking, and governance documentation. •Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of project performance information across multiple workstreams. •Assist with resource planning, staffing coordination, and workload tracking activities. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. •Operational familiarity with Appian or other low-code platforms. •Operational familiarity with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes or related financial management environments. •Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar certification.
