Required Skills: •Serve as the primary administrator for assigned finance systems, including Coupa, NetSuite, Blackline, Worksuite, and designated Salesforce functions. •Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, user roles, permissions, and business processes. •Manage NetSuite Suite Script and API integration, Coupa procure-to-pay (P2P) configuration, and cross-system data mapping. •Own the administration of the Worksuite, Salesforce or similar platform, including freelancer onboarding workflows, contract administration, invoice uploads, platform maintenance, and user support. •Provide support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams by troubleshooting and resolving system configuration, integration, and application issues across assigned finance platforms. •Partner with IT and third-party vendors on system integrations, including coordination with Okta, UKG, and other enterprise applications. •Test and validate system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities. •Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, automate manual processes, and enhance platform performance.
