Required Skills: •In this role, the Plant Training Specialist will be responsible for administering comprehensive training systems for plant team members inclusive of technical training, required compliance training, new hire onboarding, and more. •Develop training materials, document team member completion, and evaluate program effectiveness. •Additionally, you will lead the Train the Trainer program, lead training efforts, maintain a training calendar, administer the MPOWER LMS, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive training experiences for all plant team members. Qualifications: •Training facilitation or teaching experience •Comfort with virtual instructor-led delivery platforms (i.e., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) •Must be able to lift low to medium weight (10-30 lbs) materials on an occasional basis. •Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. •Must be able to climb ladders and traverse catwalks.
