Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced •Plant Operations Manager to oversee the establishment and ongoing operations of a new manufacturing facility in the United States. •Candidates with U.S. manufacturing experience are preferred, but not required •. Candidates with solid factory management experience in China or other countries, as well as strong warehouse/operations management experience, will also be considered. •Actively facilitate and support planning and establishment of a new manufacturing facility in the U.S. •Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams on facility construction, equipment installation, utilities, and infrastructure. •Develop operational plans, processes, and SOPs to ensure the facility is ready for production. •Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
