Required Skills: •Champion the plant's safety culture and ensure strict adherence to all EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. •Leverage EHS resources proactively to promote a safe, engaged, and compliant work environment. •Conduct or oversee regular safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-up. •Ensure all employees are trained on applicable safety standards and equipped to work safely. •Drive continuous improvement across all production areas to maximize efficiency, quality, and throughput. •Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Supervisors and hold them accountable for meeting or exceeding targets. •Provide hands-on coaching and performance support to Supervisors to promote professional growth and operational consistency. •Monitor and evaluate daily production performance and proactively address inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. •Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations leadership role. •In-depth knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) principles and regulatory compliance requirements. •Demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams, implementing KPIs, and driving measurable operational improvements. •Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work a standard schedule with flexibility to address production issues off-hours or on weekends as needed. •Physical ability to work on the shop floor, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
