Required Skills: •Operations & Production Management •Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to hit production schedules and customer shipping deadlines. •Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, on-time delivery (OTD), efficiency, and labor productivity. •Partner with engineering and machining teams to optimize CNC workflows, tooling choices, and advanced manufacturing processes. •Maintain strict adherence to aerospace standards, including AS9100 and ISO9001 certifications. •Ensure strict compliance with ITAR •(International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and federal export control laws. •Foster a zero-defect culture through rigorous root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA is a plus). •Deep familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems, lean manufacturing, and CNC machining processes. •Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to meet ITAR compliance standards.
