Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced •Plant Manager to lead the overall operations of a high-volume industrial bakery facility in Columbus, OH. This role will oversee production, safety, quality, maintenance, continuous improvement, and financial performance while developing a strong, high-performing plant team. •Lead the overall operations and performance of the manufacturing facility. •Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. •Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements •Manage production planning, scheduling, maintenance, sanitation, and plant resources. •Develop and coach managers, supervisors, and plant employees. •Lead daily management processes and drive key operational and financial KPIs. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. •5–10+ years of Plant Management experience with progressive leadership responsibility. •Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. •Strong knowledge of food safety systems, including HACCP, GMP, and SQF •Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. •Union experience is a plus.
