Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. •Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with heavy process machinery (cement industry preferred) •Demonstrated knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. •Knowledge of OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations related to plant operations. •Skilled in troubleshooting complex plant equipment and systems. •Proficient in welding, fabrication, and precision alignment techniques. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. •Basic computer skills are required. •Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. •Effective communication and coaching skills to work with individuals from all levels of the organization.
