Required Skills: •The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing production equipment uptime and ensuring the plant's equipment, utilities, facility, and infrastructure are safe, reliable, and capable of supporting continuous manufacturing operations. •This role leads the plant maintenance and facilities organization with a strong focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, rapid breakdown response, root-cause problem-solving, critical spare parts, and facility/utilities management. •The successful candidate will build and lead a proactive, reliability-focused maintenance organization—not a reactive repair organization. The primary objective is to prevent equipment failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and ensure production assets are available when Operations needs them. •Own overall equipment uptime, availability, and reliability for plant production assets. •Establish and drive equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, downtime reduction, and maintenance performance targets. •Review equipment downtime and recurring failures, lead root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions. •Lead the plant preventive and predictive maintenance program, ensuring PMs are completed on time, performed effectively, and adjusted based on equipment history and risk. •Maintain accurate equipment history and maintenance activity through the plant CMMS/maintenance system. Qualifications: •Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. •Demonstrated success improving manufacturing equipment reliability and reducing downtime. •Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge. •Solid functional working knowledge of industrial facilities, utilities, and infrastructure. •Strong root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to lead maintenance resources in a fast-paced production environment. •Technical or engineering degree, industrial maintenance certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls.
