Hiring: Plant Diagnostics Project Engineer Company: Metroscope Location: Alexandria, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:59:25 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Project Management, Python About the job Experience: •Systems and/or component engineering experience with a focus on asset management and maintenance at combined cycle or nuclear plants - 5+ years preferred •Project engineering experience managing medium-term software or technical projects focused on engineering quality and delivery •Monitoring and Diagnostics domain experience either as a user or vendor •Customer success or technical account management experience including training, user support, and periodic value analysis preferred •Sales experience is a plus Required Skills: •Primary objective is to ensure that existing customers achieve measurable operational value from Metroscope and continue to expand their use of the platform. •Serving as the main point of contact for customers after deployment. •Supporting operations, maintenance, performance, and engineering teams in their day-to-day use of Metroscope. •Helping customers translate software insights into operational actions and performance improvements. •Monitoring customer engagement and ensuring that Metroscope is actively used by the right stakeholders. •Identifying and resolving technical, organizational, process, or IT-related barriers that may limit adoption. •Organizing and delivering user training sessions for new and existing users. •Leading periodic business reviews to demonstrate the value generated through Metroscope.
