Required Skills: •Principally responsible for accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in accordance with Hubbell Policies & Procedures, U.S. GAAP and required timelines. •Partner with the local operations team to ensure a strong control environment that also meets the needs of the business demands •Lead and oversee SOX compliance and operational effectiveness of all internal controls over financial reporting. •Provide strong leadership, supervision and guidance to the local financial reporting teams. •Ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully supported each month and properly reconciled in accordance with company Policy & Procedures on a monthly basis. •Lead and oversee delivering robust and insightful OneStream based balance sheet fluctuation analysis. •Monthly oversight of all key reserves include ongoing assessments of warranty activity and reserves. •Oversight of equipment capitalization, depreciation, and ongoing impairment assessments.
