Hiring: Plant Accounting Manager Company: Vernovis Location: Tulsa Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:13:08 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Required Skills: •Own key accounting functions supporting the financial operations of a manufacturing facility. •Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliations, adjustments, and physical inventory activities. •Support cost and operational accounting activities, including analysis of inventory, cost, and operational variances. •Own and review month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. •Investigate inventory and accounting discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with operations to implement solutions. •Partner closely with plant operations and other cross-functional teams to improve financial accuracy, inventory controls, and operational processes. •Identify and implement accounting and process improvements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. •Support financial statement preparation, internal and external audits, and compliance with established accounting policies and controls.
