Required Skills: •Drive daily communication with manufacturing to monitor and manage MO aging, keeping every order on track for on-time completion. •Maintain manufacturing build plans, run and set-up times, and expected completion dates for every scheduled job. •Perform cycle counts as needed and maintain accurate inventory and material transaction records. •Review the schedule to ensure raw materials are available when needed and build forward-looking MO release plan to maintain build schedule. •Highlight critical parts and issues that could keep operations from meeting the MPS. •Champion the mission, values, and culture of the team in every interaction across manufacturing and planning. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in production planning. •Solid functional working knowledge of MRP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems. •Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment. •Solid understanding of business processes and functional inter-relationships. •Exceptional communication and cross-functional management skills. •Only candidates that meet the qualifications set forth above are eligible to be contacted for further information.
