Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. •Mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret operating procedures, safety instructions, and technical documentation. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Basic mathematical skills, including working with measurements, ratios, percentages, and production data. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. •Effective communication and teamwork skills. •Stand and walk for extended periods of time. •Frequently bend, reach, climb, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive physical activities. •Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
