Link is quality and compliance-focused, under our guiding philosophy, “Mission First, Customer Always". •We are certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2022; CMMC Level 2 certified; and appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services and Development. •Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. •U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance •Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for PKI-related incidents, service requests, and security access issues. •Respond to and resolve daily Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and card-access support requests, including user permissions, certificate issues, account access, and application-related access problems. •Process, issue, renew, revoke, and maintain digital certificates throughout the certificate lifecycle. Qualifications: •U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance. •IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140. •Two (2+) years of experience supporting enterprise information technology systems, or equivalent relevant technical experience. •Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, and best practices for protecting sensitive data and PKI infrastructure. •Current Computing Environment (CE) certification, or the ability to obtain the required certification within 90 days of hire. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. •Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in mission-critical environments. •Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing requirements in a fast-paced operational environment.
