Hiring: Physician Assistant - OrthoNeuro Company: SCA Health Location: Dublin, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:21:54 Target Skills & Keywords : SCA About the job Required Skills: •This position supports Dr. Ganguly, who is a board-eligible, fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery and the treatment of complex spinal deformities. •Assist the physician in the operating room 2-3 days per week. •Attend department, clinic, or company meetings as required. •Consistently work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow staff members. •Consistently demonstrate the ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary. •Complete required annual in-service programs and education as required. •Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures. •Adheres to established facility safety requirements and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: •Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current licensure in the state of Ohio. •Excellent communication and patient education skills. •Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team. •Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and post-operative care protocols is strongly preferred.
